Where can I view the status of my open Support tickets?

If you log in to the WhatCounts Help Center, you can view all the tickets you have filed with our Technical Support team.  Just click SIGN IN in the upper right.

If your email address is tied to a Google account, you can use that to sign in, or click the 'Get a password' link next to the 'Have you emailed us?'  An email will be sent to you with a temporary password.

Once you're signed in, click 'My Activities' to see any support requests you have submitted, or those on which you have been CC'd.  Click on the Subject to review the ticket details.

Support tickets submitted through the Help Center portal or via an email sent to our Technical Support team will be visible here.
