After Google Analytics is enabled for a realm, all tracked links go to an error page with the following message:
"Unable to process request. We were unable to process your request. It's possible that the link you clicked on is no longer valid or was improperly entered. Please check the original link and try again or contact the original publisher of the e-mail."
Why aren't the links resolving properly?
This issue was reported on some 7.2 versions, specifically 7.2.18 and 7.2.19. To fix this issue on a Broadcaster, upgrade to version 7.3 or higher.
To resolve the issue in the short term, disable Analytics for the realm:
- Go to CUSTOMER CENTER > REALM MANAGEMENT > EDIT REALM.
- Uncheck the box next to 'Analytics: Customer is allowed to use Google'.
- Click UPDATE.
Once Google Analytics is disabled, the links will redirect fine -- even those for Campaigns sent during the time Google was enabled.
