I sent out my campaign and some of my contacts are reporting that they received a blank message. The content looks correct when I preview it in the system.
Answer
If Contacts report receiving blank content, this usually indicates a problem with the HTML code used for the message. In particular, some versions of Hotmail and Windows Live will not display the message if it is missing a closing head or title tag. In some cases, when the forward button is selected in the email client, the message will be revealed. There is no way to resolve this in a Campaign that has already been deployed. If the Campaign has not yet been deployed, check the Template to make sure any <head> and <title> tags have corresponding closing tags.
