Problem using Custom forms hosted in Media Manager

Question

I am a Broadcaster customer and have created a custom page for use with some WhatCounts functionality.  I can't get it to bring up my page, only the WhatCounts default pages. I can access the page I created through my browser.  What's wrong?

Please contact the WhatCounts Technical Support team or your Technical Account Manager.  We will need to check your system to verify that everything is set up properly to allow files to be accessed internally from the Media Manager.
