Campaign Statistics Report

The Campaign Statistics Report allows you to generate a report of multiple campaigns in order to compare results. It is similar to the report generated by the Campaign Report Wizard.  The main difference between the reports is the Campaign Statistics Report provides Unique and Unique Rates statistics in addition to the basic Totals statistics in the Campaign Report.

To Generate a Campaign Statistics Report

  1. Go to REPORTS > GENERATE REPORT > STANDARD REPORT LIBRARY.
  2. Click RUN next to the Campaign Statistics Report.
  3. Enter a Time Frame to search for campaigns run within the From and To date range.  Dates must be in mm/dd/yyyy format.
  4. To further narrow the campaigns, enter a List/Campaign Name and/or the Minimum number of pieces sent.
  5. Click VIEW RESULTS.  All campaigns matching the search criteria will be displayed in a table included the Campaign ID, List Name, Template Name, Segmentation Rule Name, Date Sent, and number of pieces Sent.  Any campaigns marked as Hidden will not be included in the results.
  6. Select one or more campaigns, then click NEXT.
  7. Select the Format of the file you wish to create: CSV (comma separated, for use in MS Excel), HTML, or XML.
  8. Select the Date Format to display date columns in the results.
  9. Enter a Report Name. A default name will display, but you may wish to be more specific in order to find the report later.
  10. Click SUBMIT. The Task Summary page will display the progress of the report file creation.

When the report is complete, you will receive an email notification.  To access the report, go to REPORTS > FILE MANAGER, click the reports folder, and then click to select the file.

Campaign Statistics Report Results

The results for the Campaign Statistics Report includes the following details:

List/Campaign Name of the list of subscribers

Template

Name of the template content of the email message

Subject

Subject line of the email message

Campaign Name

Alternate Name or Alias of the deployed campaign for reporting

CampaignId

Identification number of the deployed campaign

Segmentation

Name of the segmentation rule used to target the campaign

Start Date

Date and time campaign deployed

Emails Sent

Number of messages sent for this campaign

Emails Delivered

Number of messages sent minus undelivered (total number of hard bounces and invalid emails)

Total Opens

Total number of messages opened in an email client

NOTE: only HTML/MIME messages calculated, preview panes may inflate results

Total Open Rate

Total opens divided by messages delivered

Unique Opens

Number of unique subscribers who opened the message in an email client

Unique Open Rate

Total unique opens divided by messages delivered

Click Throughs

Total number of click-throughs on all tracked links

Click Through Rate

Total click-throughs divided by messages delivered

Unique Click Throughs

Number of unique subscribers who clicked a tracked link

Unique Click Through Rate

Total unique click-throughs divided by messages delivered

Subscribes

Total number of new subscribe events

Subscribe Rate

Total subscribes divided by messages delivered

Unsubscribes

Total number of unsubscribes from the sent list

Unsubscribe Rate

Total unsubscribes divided by messages delivered

Forwards

Total number of clicks on Forward-to-a-Friend links

Forward Rate

Total FTAF clicks divided by messages delivered

Soft Bounces

Total number of soft bounces

Soft Bounce Rate

Total soft bounces divided by messages sent

Unique Soft Bounces

Number of unique subscribers who generated a soft bounce

Unique Soft Bounce Rate

Total unique soft bounces divided by messages sent

Hard Bounces

Total number of hard bounces

Hard Bounce Rate

Total hard bounces divided by messages sent

Unique Hard Bounces

Number of unique subscribers who generated a hard bounce

Blocked

Total number of blocked messages
