Edit Article

Edit an Article to make changes to any of the content.  Changes to the Article will appear in any Template in which the Article appears.

To Edit a Parent Article Properties

  1. Go to CONTENT > ARTICLES to view the list of articles. 
  2. Click an Article to open it in the Edit Article page.  From this page you can change the Name, Title, Description or Folder.
  3. Make your changes to any fields.  
  4. Click SAVE to save any changes.  Click CANCEL to ignore changes and close the Article.

To Edit a Parent Article Content

  1. Go to CONTENT > ARTICLES to view the list of articles. 
  2. Click the Version icon to open the Versions page.  The parent Article and all related versions are listed.
  3. Click an Article to open it in the Edit Article page.
  4. Make your changes to any fields.  The Advanced Mode in the Article allows you to associate several other content items with your Article.  To edit these options, click ADVANCED MODE.
  5. Click SAVE to save any changes.  Click CANCEL to ignore changes and close the Article.

To Edit a Version

  1. Go to CONTENT > ARTICLES to view the list of articles. 
  2. Click the Version icon to open the Versions page.  The parent Article and all related versions are listed.
  3. Click the Version to open it in the Edit Version page.
  4. Make your changes to any fields.  The Advanced Mode in the Article allows you to associate several other content items with your Article.  To edit these options, click ADVANCED MODE.
  5. Click SAVE to save any changes.  Click CANCEL to ignore changes and close the Article.
