Organize Articles

Articles can be organized by assigning them to Folders.  Child Versions are automatically assigned to the same Folder as the parent Article.  Articles are created as Unfiled by default, and can be moved from a Folder to Unfiled at any time.

To Move an Article to a Folder:

  1. Go to CONTENT > ARTICLES to view the list of articles. 
  2. Click an Article to open it in the Edit Article page.  
  3. Select the Folder to store the Article.  
  4. Click SAVE to save any changes.  Click CANCEL to ignore changes and close the Article.

To Move multiple Articles to a Folder:

  1. Go to CONTENT > ARTICLES to view the list of articles. 
  2. Use the check box column to select one or more articles.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page select the Folder, then click MOVE.

The page will refresh and the Articles and all associated Versions will be moved to the selected Folder.
