Dashboard does not display correct number sent this month

Question:

Why does the dashboard in version 11.1.0 show that 0 pieces have been sent this month?

Answer:  

The total sent for the month is new in v11.1.0.  If the total does not appear correctly, then the service which aggregates the counts may not be running or may not have been running at the beginning of the month.

To correct this, please inform your TAM of the issue.
