Marketing Automation not sending

Question

I've set up a Marketing Automation, but my messages are not going out.  I've made sure I'm adding the subscriber to the correct List, and am selecting the Automation.  Why aren't the messages going out?

Answer

Before deploying an Automation campaign, your Realm Services must be enabled.  Please contact support@whatcounts.com to enable Realm Services.
