One of the URLs in our Campaign is wrong. Can I fix it?

Even though the Campaign has already gone out, you can still correct a URL that was incorrect.  To make the change in releases prior to v13.0:

  1. Go to REPORTS > CAMPAIGNS.
  2. Click the Campaign to view the details.
  3. Scroll down to the CLICKS section.
  4. Click the gear icon, and select 'View Flex/Friendly URLs'.
  5. Click the URL to edit.
  6. Make the necessary change, then click UPDATE.

To make the change in v13.0 and later:

  1. Go to REPORTS > CAMPAIGN SEARCH.
  2. Click the Campaign to view the details.
  3. Click the LINKS tab.
  4. Click EDIT LINKS in the top right of the list of URLs.
  5. Click the URL to edit.
  6. Make the necessary change in the UPDATED field, then click UPDATE.

Test the URL in your email to confirm that it has been changed.  Keep in mind, this change could take a few minutes to propagate.

NOTE:

  • This will only work for URLs with click-through tracking enabled.  If the URL or Campaign does not have click tracking, or the URL is a system URL (like FTAF or Unsubscribe) you will not be able to change it.
  • If the same URL was used in a previous Campaign, the click-throughs in that Campaign will also be changed to this new link.  Keep that in mind when making changes.
