Edit Profile allows you to define the values of the Account Profile Fields associated with a profile
To Edit a Profile
- Go to CUSTOMER CARE > ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT > ACCOUNT PROFILES. This will display the Account Profiles page.
- Click the name of the profile to edit. This will display the Edit Account Profile page with each Account Profile Field defined for the Account.
- Enter a Value for each field you wish to use. Any field left blank will be ignored. You may also edit the Name and Description.
- Click SAVE to save your settings. Click CANCEL to return to the Account Profiles list without saving the changes.
