Edit Profile

Edit Profile allows you to define the values of the Account Profile Fields associated with a profile

To Edit a Profile

  1. Go to CUSTOMER CARE > ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT > ACCOUNT PROFILES.  This will display the Account Profiles page.
  2. Click the name of the profile to edit.  This will display the Edit Account Profile page with each Account Profile Field defined for the Account.
  3. Enter a Value for each field you wish to use.  Any field left blank will be ignored.  You may also edit the Name and Description.
  4. Click SAVE to save your settings. Click CANCEL to return to the Account Profiles list without saving the changes.
