This section contains the contact information for your store, including:
- Store name
- Store URL
- Phone number
- Physical address (including country)
- Email address
- Social media accounts
This information will automatically be used in any automator campaigns that you set up. Be sure to fill in your physical address so that your emails comply with CAN-SPAM requirements. If you don’t have address information filled out, your emails – including test emails – will not be sent.
This section is where users can enter the Account Numbers for the Facebook Ads Manager account and their Google Ads account. Once either is authenticated within WhatCounts, they allow WhatCounts users to leverage, respectively, our Facebook Custom Audiences Sync
and our Google Ads Integration
Email fields power the dynamic content in your automator campaigns. From this section, you can view the fields that are available for you to use. Fields in dark blue are already available for use in templates in your email service provider; fields in light blue are available to use but not in your email service provider yet.

If you have custom fields in your ecommerce platform, you can bring that data into WhatCounts by creating and connecting custom fields
