Grant WhatCounts access to your Silverpop account using the steps below.

  1. Go to and hover mouse over Setting
  2. Click User Accounts
  3. Click Create User Account
  4. Fill in the user form using the following values:
  5. Share the proper User Permissions:
    • Check for following boxes:
      • Send rights
      • Landing Pages - full access
      • Enable use of "Assume Identity" API
  6. Send the login and password (wc.user+clientname@windsorcircle.com) via Privnote, along with the following:
  • The name of your Master Suppression List/Database
  • The name of your Customer/Subscriber Database
  • Whether or not WhatCounts should obey e-Commerce platform opt status when pushing and updating customer records

Note - WhatCounts will obtain the following from your Silverpop account once you have granted the above access:

  • Server Number
  • List ID
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Refresh Token

Each Customer is responsible for obtaining the requisite consent in accordance with applicable law from its customers and third parties for us to collect and use the Target Data as necessary for the provisioning of the Windsor Circle Services. Customer is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the Target Data provided to Windsor Circle by or on behalf of the Customer; and the means by which Customer acquired such Target Data.  Unless otherwise specifically disclosed to and agreed to by Windsor Circle, the Target Data provided by Customer shall not include any sensitive or special personal data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on Windsor Circle that are different or in addition to those specified in the written agreement(s) between the parties and the Windsor Circle Privacy Policy.

By providing this data you acknowledge that the data you are providing is in compliance with the written agreement(s) between the parties and our privacy policy.
