The Deliverability Inbox Monitoring option allows you to seed a campaign with email addresses associated with monitored mailboxes through a third-party integration. The results determine which domains are receiving your messages at the Inbox vs. as Spam.
Deliverability is limited in its availability and must be enabled in your Realm settings. To enable this feature, please contact support@whatcounts.com.
Requesting an Inbox Monitoring Report
To seed your campaign to test the rate of messages delivered to the Inbox, Launch a campaign. This can be done through the UI via the Deploy Wizard for any Normal Email Campaign and Scheduled Email Campaign. The HTTP API also supports deliverability via the launch and schedule commands. When the campaign is complete, the results of the Deliverability Report are available in the Campaign Details, Deliverability tab.
