This release includes several bug fixes along with final improvements to Snapshot processing.

Publishing: Create an index for each new Suppression list to use to make publishing provisioning faster. Old Suppression Lists will not have this index. Customers using suppression could benefit from creating their Suppression Lists again and using the new version if they experience slow deployments.
