Tracking Event Types
Each contact initiated event is tracked and identified by a specific ID. The following event types and IDs are used in several reporting commands:

NONE | 0 | No event or All events |
SENT | 9 | Message was sent to contact. Track Sends must be enabled in the Realm. This is enabled by default after release v11.0.0. Otherwise, only available on Broadcaster systems. |
OPEN | 10 | Contact read or opened message |
CLICKTHROUGH | 11 | Contact clicked a URL in message |
SNA SHARING * | 13 | Shared via Social Network servlet. *Deprecated as of 9.0 |
SUBSCRIBE | 20 | Contact opted in to subscribe to a list |
UNSUBSCRIBE | 21 | Contact opted out of a list |
GLOBAL_UNSUBSCRIBE | 22 | Contact opted out of all lists in the realm |
UNIVERSAL_UNSUBSCRIBE | 23 | Contact opted out of all lists in the system. Only available on SMB systems. |
SOFT_BOUNCE | 30 | Message bounced back as Soft Bounce |
HARD_BOUNCE | 31 | Message bounced back as Hard Bounce and opted out |
DATA_SET | 32 | Contact set data via URL |
CONFIRMATION MESSAGE | 33 | Subscribe to List confirmation message sent. |
ABUSE | 34 | Contact reported the message as abuse or junk |
INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS * | 35 | Message send attempted to invalid email address. *Deprecated as of 8.3. |
BLOCKED | 36 | Message bounce back as a Block Bounce |
DISPLAY_MSG | 40 | Contact clicked to display message in a browser |
SNA DISPLAY MESSAGE * | 41 | Social Network shared message displayed. *Deprecated as of 9.0 |
VIDEO_DISPLAY_MSG** | 42 | Contact clicked to display Video message. Video integration must be enabled on the realm |
MOBILE_DISPLAY_MSG | 43 | Contact clicked to display message in a mobile browser |
FTAF | 50 | Contact clicked to forward the message to a friend |
FTAF_ANON | 51 | Anonymous user clicked to forward message to a friend |
USER LOGIN | 60 | User Logged In |
USER LOGOUT | 61 | User Logged Out |
USER PASSWORD CHANGE | 62 | User changed password. |
USER IMPERSONATE | 63 | User impersonated a Realm. |
SENDMESSAGE | 70 | Message was sent to contact via API single message. API must be enabled on the realm |
SNA POST MESSAGE * | 71 | Social Network shared message. *Deprecated as of v9.0 |
SENDMESSAGE_CC * | 72 | Message was sent to contact via API single message carbon copy (CC). API and CC must be enabled on the realmssage (one-off). *Deprecated as of v12.12.0. |

ANALYTICS_PURCHASES | 122 | Not in use on systems with Omniture/Google Analytics. Contact purchased a product tracked with analytics. Analytics integration must be enabled on the realm |
ANALYTICS_VIEWS | 123 | Not in use on systems with Omniture/Google Analytics. Contact viewed a product tracked with analytics. Analytics integration must be enabled on the realm |
