Cannot hyperlink in Opera (TinyMCE)

Why won't the hyperlink popup display in Opera 9.51?

Answer

This is a known issue for TinyMCE.  There is no workaround in Opera.  The workaround is to use another browser, such as Safari or Firefox.

This issue does not exist with the CKEditor added in v8.2.
