Tracked Links: Using an HTTPS Base URL

Is there a way to have the tracked links in my email Campaigns use HTTPS?

Answer

WhatCounts does have the ability to support secure tracked links in your email Campaigns. (e.g. https://tracking.mycompany.com) This requires a little additional coordination between our IT Team and yours.  The general process is as follows:

1. WhatCounts generates a new private key and CSR for a branded URL we have set up for your business

2. You get that CSR signed by your SSL certificate authority and return us a PEM and a CA bundle

3. We install this new cert/bundle in ACM (amazon certificate manager) and associate that cert with the appropriate queue and IP
