View Custom Field Statistics

As data is stored in each custom field, you can view quick statistics of the number of contacts associated with the data.

To View Custom Field Statistics

1. Go to CONTACTS > CUSTOM FIELDS.
2. Click the STATS icon next to the field.  Statistics can only be reported for Number, Float, or Text fields.

The Custom Fields Statistics page displays a chart with the values of the Custom Field on the y-axis and the number of Contacts who have that value on the x-axis.  Click CLOSE to return to the Custom Fields list page.
