Creating a New User

How do I add a new user to our realm?

Answer

To add a new user:

1. Select Customer Care >User Management > View Users

2. Press Add

3. Enter an Email Address, First Name, Last Name, and Phone number

4. Select the appropriate permission level

5. Press Save

A New Account Information email will be sent to the user with log in information.
