Unsubscribe from Automation Campaign

How are Unsubscribes handled?

Answer

If a contact receives an email from an Automation Campaign and clicks an unsubscribe link (%%UNSUB_HREF%%) the unsubscribe is attributed to the List that instantiated the Campaign.  The contact will be opted out of the Automation meaning that no further actions will affect that Contact, nor will any email messages from the Automation be sent to that Contact. In addition, they will receive no further email sent from that List.
