Compare Lists

Overview

Compare Lists allows you to find contacts that have subscriptions in one or more Normal or Seed lists.  It can run in two modes: report only or remove subscriptions.

To report duplicate Subscriptions

1. Go to LISTS > COMPARE LISTS.

2. Select a Primary List, the main list to compare to.

3. Select one or more Lists from Secondary List. 

4. Select the Report Only option.

5. Click COMPARE.

Report Only mode will find contacts on the Secondary Lists that exist on the Primary List and send an email message reporting the number of contacts that exist on both the Primary and Secondary Lists.  Subscriptions are not removed in this mode.

To remove duplicate Subscriptions

1. Go to LISTS > COMPARE LISTS.

2. Select a Primary List, the main list to compare to.

3. Select one or more Lists from Secondary List. 

4. Unselect the Report Only option.

5. Click COMPARE.

6. Click OK to confirm.

Remove Subscriptions mode will find contacts on the Secondary Lists that exist on the Primary List and then remove the duplicate subscriptions from the Secondary Lists only.  It will then send an email message reporting the number of subscriptions that were removed.

Warning: Use caution in this mode as deleted subscriptions cannot be recovered.
