Contact Count Incorrect

Question

Why are the number of contacts associated with my List incorrect on the Lists page?

Answer

We improved the speed on the Lists page so realms with many lists and contacts will load the page more quickly.  Occasionally an older method to subscribe or unsubscribe may not update the list count as expected.  At this time, we have resolved most of these hidden issues, but it may still exist in older versions.

If you notice the List Counts are off, click the number in the Contacts column to recalculate the contacts and update the number.
