List Definition changes are ignored in Automation Campaigns

Question

When I make a change to a List Definition, why does the Automation Campaign still use the original setting?

Answer

If you make a change to a List Definition that is used within a Marketing Automation Campaign and you want that change reflected in your Automation Campaigns, you must Synchronize all child lists that were created for each Deploy Email action in each campaign the List Definition is defined.
