Copy Campaign

Make a duplicate of an existing Automation Campaign.

To Copy an Automation Definition

  1. Go to MARKETING AUTOMATION > AUTOMATION CAMPAIGNS.
  2. Click COPY next to the Campaign to duplicate. The Copy Automation Campaign popup will display with the Title of the Campaign to be duplicated.
  3. Enter a unique Name and Title for the new Campaign.
  4. Click COPY to save the new Campaign.  Click CANCEL to return to the Automation Campaign Library without saving a copy.

Notifications

When the Copy is complete, the popup will close and the new Campaign will appear at the top of the list of Campaigns in the page. 

If any errors are encountered on Copy, a red notification will appear indicating the issue and suggesting a resolution.   Any issues in the Source Campaign must be resolved before you can save a copy.

Click the x in the top right corner to close the notification.
