Create Realm

Overview

Users with Private Label Admin permissions can create child realms.

To create a new Realm

1. Go to the Customer Care > Realm Management > Create Realm

2. Enter a Realm Name 

3. Enter a Description

4. Select Timezone (for the United States, make a selection from the "US/" options)

5. Make other selections as necessary.

6. Press CREATE.

The realm name entered will be automatically prepended with the prefix set up for your group of realms.

Contact the WhatCounts Support team to set up a bounce mailbox for this realm, and enable API if necessary.
