Realm Details Contact Counts

Question

In CUSTOMER CARE > REALM MANAGEMENT > VIEW REALM, there is a 'Contact Counts' section.  What do all those values mean?

Answer

The Realm Details includes three Contact Counts values in the Activity section:

• Unique Contacts: The total number of Contacts on at least one List. (Each Contacts is counted only once.)
• Total Contacts in all Lists: The total number of Subscriptions across all Lists. (Contacts can be counted multiple times -- one for each List they are on.)
• Pending confirmations: For Lists that have double opt-in, the total number of confirmations that are awaiting approval.
