Edit Template Format Tabs missing in Firefox

Question

When I open a template in Firefox, the Plain Text, HTML and Mobile tabs are missing. Also clicking ADVANCED OPTIONS, ADD TAGS, or IMPORT TEMPLATE buttons don't bring up new windows and the CLOSE, DELETE, CLEAR and UPDATE buttons are way on the bottom, separated from the content window by extra background space.

After I refresh the page, everything looks fine.

Answer

The "AVG Safe Search" add-on is known to cause this issue. In order to resolve the issue in the platform you must disable the add-on.

1. In Firefox, go to TOOLS > ADD-ONS. 

2. Click the DISABLE button for "AVG Safe Search" add-on.

3. Restart Firefox.

If you are not using AVG Safe Search, it is possible that there could be other add-ons causing this issue.
