Can I add Template Tags to a Layout?

Answer: 

The Layout Editor does not include tools that generate personalized Template Tags; however you can manually insert Template Tags anywhere in the Layout.  They will be converted to the expected data upon deployment of the final Template. Template Logic and other Data Tags are also supported within the Layout Editor.
